Villa Rizieres Bali Accommodation
This magnificent villa contains eight luxury bedrooms villa with one extra bedroom. It can luxury accomodate 16 persons in total.The Main House
This huge structure is a 2800sqm living space area in one floor which serves for: 2 Master bedrooms with private master bathroom, 4 luxurious bedrooms, 4 bathroom (with Jacuzzi, toilet, shower and His & Her wash basin), Main Kitchen, Bar, Living room, Lobby, Cinema, Office, Dining Room and Inside Pool.
The Master bedroom itself is fully equipped with king size double bed, teak flooring, air condition, telephone, 42 inch Plasma TV and DVD player, sound system from B & O. The ensuite contains accessories from Grohe Porsche Design as the full body shower, double washbasins and a 2.5 x 2.5 meters Jacuzzi from Teuco and Plasma TV.
Each of all other bedrooms includes a balcony, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite containing Jacuzzi (Kohler), full body shower (Grohe), toilet and double wash basin.
A large reception -200 sm2 -, living area with integrated sofa and antique Joglo - 600 sm2 -, as well as a modern kitchen with bar, office, dining room. To serve its guests with the best, the villa even prepare a private cinema with 75 inch Plasma TV, DVD, Satellite and Sound System from B & O.
The main kitchen is fully equipped with modern facilities including: 2 Fridges from DeDietrich, 1 meter oven from Franke, Induction Plate and Coffee Machine from DeDietrich, Zink's from Grohe & Kohler. Nothing has been left out in this kitchen that has been designed to perfection.
The Bungalow
This structure is located adjacent to the tennis court. It is a special building made of very selected teak. All is teak. It features two bedrooms, plasma TV hanging on the teak wall, a service kitchen with complete cooking utensils, and an en-suite bathroom.
Villa Rizieres Bali Ground
The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden, with two stunning swimming pool -length 30 m each- as well as a gazebo-spa and bungalow - 80 sm2 - over looking the beautiful rice field vue. The Main Pool is 6 x 30 Meter with a maxdepth 4.5 Meter; while the Infinity Pool is 3 x 30 Meter with a dept from 0.5 up to 1 Meter.On the corner of the property there is a Wimbledon style clay tennis court, parking area, storage, on the top of which is a huge open air meeting area for diner or reception, and an extra bedroom.
On its ground there is also a helipad. The villa provides a clearly marked circle surface (30 meter diameter) away from obstacles where a helicopter can land. Helicopter can be provided upon request but it is not included on the price. Water: Filtration by Bio and UV system. Drinkable water for the entire house with 3 Bar pressure.
